varioSTACK CLEAN FACTORY

The varioSTACK CLEAN FACTORY (CF) is an optimised tray handling system for cleanroom manufacturing environments ideal for the semiconductor, aerospace, pharmaceutical and medical industries. The stroke axis and parts handling are covered with stainless steel to allow for quick and easy cleaning. Due to the enclosed energy chains and direct-drive linear actuators particle emissions are reduced to a minimum. The bottom of the palletizer is closed and can be sealed on request.
